Development and Validation of HPTLC Method for Simultaneous Estimation of Piperine and Scopoletin in Ajmodadi churna

In this recent study, several trials were made to develop a HPTLC method for quantification of scopoletin and piperine in the Ajmodadi formulation. was done on pre-coated silica gel 60 F254 plates with mobile phase toluene:ethyl acetate:methanol:formic acid (3.9:3.9:0.3:1.7 v/v/v/v).
